South Korea, the 2nd most popular conventions destination, (according to UIA statistics released last year) continued to prove its popularity as a MICE destination in 2016, and there is no let-up for 2017. Inspiring incentive planners, South Korea is tipped as a MUST VISIT destination by The Evening Standard - noting an unexpected mix of high fashion, awe-inspiring history and instagrammable scenery.

And again Seoul, is listed in the top ten cities worldwide for Lonely Planet’s Best in travel List 2017 and follows on from South Korea’s historic city of Jeonju in the top three of their Best in Asia List.

The MICE media is also buzzing about S Korea; M&IT magazine runs through options for meetings and incentives in their January edition

Seoul is in the spotlight for AMI's Association readers February 2017, and also in February, Korea’s second city, Busan, stands with Singapore, Chicago and Dubai to prove its might for logistics knowhow

Pyeongchang, the Alps of Korea, is about to welcome the Winter Olympics in 2018, along with the World’s top broadcasters and media channels, and is already creating great interest as a unique and unusual incentive destination, to bolster its lead for conferences – South Korea is certainly one to consider for your next business event.
