We have a spacious fitness room equipped with a cardio vascular section comprising rowing and walking machines, stair master machines and exercise mats. In addition you will find a set of free weights and a work out bench. Wind down in the sauna and steamroom, which also includes shower facilities, lockers and hair dryers.

In warm weather, why not try our outdoor fitness trail. This specialised equipment has been designed to give you a full cardio vascular work out whilst enjoying the great outdoors.
A Round of Golf
Our 9 hole golf course is for the exclusive use of our delegates, and is not open to the public. Don't worry if you left your clubs at home, we have plenty of clubs and golf balls availabe for you to borrow.

Fancy a footie match with your work mates? Simply ask reception for a football and organise your teams. The goal posts are ready and waiting.
Anyone for Tennis?

Christmas Parties 2011
To celebrate Christmas 2011, make a provisional booking before the end of June and we will include a complimentary glass of wine with the meal for each of your guests.
We offer a choice between exclusive or shared Christmas Party Nights at the Pavilion for up to 250 guests, exclusive Party Nights in the Lodge for up to 50 guests, Christmas lunch throughout December in the Pavilion for up to 150 or Christmas lunch in the Lodge for up to 50 guests.
