As Crystal’s famous nightclub Pacha celebrates its 8th birthday, Ludovic Schorpion returns to Crystal as director of food and beverage.
A “renewed Ludo” reinvigorated with new ideas, will bring his special touch and professionalism to Crystal.
“Being back at Crystal just as a guest made me discover a new place but the atmosphere remains unchanged… I fell in love again.” said Ludo
A new Night & Day A La Carte Menu is also available, designed by the new chef Arthur Baron, executive chef of the famous Pourcel brothers.
Chef Arthur has recreated the evening menu, set up an exciting brunch with Mediterranean flavours, and offers his new “carte fraicheur” for lunch.
Crystal, known for its outstanding evenings, now becomes a landmark venue for the day time with a private terrace and swimming pool.
