Weather and Seasons
The climate of Tunisia is significantly influenced by its proximity to the Mediterranean sea and the Sahara desert. In the North and along the coastline it is subtropical Mediterranean, and in the South and inland areas — tropical desert.
Average summer temperatures range from 25c to 32c, and average winter – from 8c to 12c. On the coast the Summer heat is more pleasant due to the sea breeze. The swimming season lasts from May to September.
Precipitation falls mainly in the winter months, more prominently in the mountainous areas, the desert may not be for several years.
Tunisia is a fantastic destination for events, conferences and incentive trips. It boasts plenty of unusual meeting venues; by the beach, in a Roman amphitheatre, an ancient cathedral or a camp in the middle of the desert. Couple these unusual venue options with a wealth of facilities for hosting conferences and seminars;
