The IMEX Hosted Buyer Programme has been specifically designed to encourage high-calibre buyers to visit the largest meetings and incentive travel in the world.

Join our group to enjoy additional hospitality hosted by Moulden Marketing and our partner co-hosts of the MICE industry, along with the backup and support of Moulden leading up to the event.

When?

Our hosted buyer group is for 19th-20st May, 2-days* on the show (one-night accommodation)

IMEX is a 3-day tradeshow, running from Tuesday 19th - Thursday 21st May.

For IMEX 2025, there are two options:
-Only attend the show only
-Attend the show AND the Pre Fam to Barden Barden, in the Black Forrest (please note this is a 2 - step registration process)

Complimentary Return Flights (qualified and accepted hosted buyers are required to book their own flights and train and claim a reimbursement (up to the banding limit from their home gateway) allowing greater flexibility to book the airline of choice, collect loyalty points and book any extras.

Complimentary Accommodation

Complimentary airport transfers and transfers to and from the show each day.

Additional Hosted Buyer Programme

We will additionally host an informal dinner one evening with our partners for you to enjoy some relaxed networking and traditional German fare.
