IMEX Pre FAM To Baden Baden

Welcome to Baden-Baden:
Europe’s summer capital, the world’s smallest cosmopolitan city, a legendary spa destination—Baden-Baden goes by many names. “The good-good life” defines its spirit; it’s something you can’t simply explain, you have to feel it for yourself.

What makes Baden-Baden the European Capital of the Art of Living?
This spa town has reinvented itself. Alongside the thermal springs known for over 2,000 years and the grandeur of centuries past set amid extraordinary natural scenery, new and imaginative hotel and restaurant concepts have taken shape. Art, wellness, and sport invite energising days, while fresh clubs and bars promise lively nights. The city is a cohesive masterpiece where glamour meets enjoyment, wellbeing meets warm hospitality—and visitors from across the globe are taking notice. What do they find here? “The good-good life” in Baden-Baden.

Location:
Situated in southwest Germany, Baden-Baden rests between the gentle slopes of the Black Forest and the region’s charming vineyard landscapes. Here, the tranquillity of the forest blends with a deep-rooted winemaking heritage, creating a destination that stands apart. Beyond its stunning scenery, Baden-Baden’s central position makes it an excellent starting point for exploring cultural and natural highlights across three different countries.

Just 20 minutes from the Rhine and the French border, the town offers effortless access to Strasbourg, where you can dive into Alsatian character and savour the French art of living.

UNESCO World Heritage Baden-Baden:
Baden-Baden was established 2,000 years ago with one purpose: to make people feel good. By the 19th century, it had become Europe’s “summer capital”—a prestige that still lingers today. In 2021, the city earned a place on the UNESCO World Heritage list as part of the “Great Spa Towns of Europe.”

Register for Baden-Baden
Registration involves two steps—participants must apply for both the pre-fam and IMEX.
To join this pre-fam trip, applicants must be approved for IMEX and attend the show. You’ll need to be in Germany from 16–19 May at minimum: two days and two nights for the pre-fam, followed by two days and one night at the show (a total of four days and three nights).

IMEX takes place from 19–21 May 2026, and our group is scheduled for a two-day, one-night rotation on Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 May. If you require more time at the show, you may extend your visit to all three days (Tuesday 19–Thursday 21), subject to IMEX terms and conditions.
