When?

Our hosted buyer group is for 11th-13th May, 2-days* on the show (one-night accommodation)

IMEX is a 3-day tradeshow, running from Tuesday 11st - Thursday 13th May.

Complimentary Return Flights (qualified and accepted hosted buyers are required to book their own flights and train and claim a reimbursement (up to the banding limit from their home gateway) allowing greater flexibility to book the airline of choice, collect loyalty points and book any extras.

Complimentary Accommodation

Complimentary airport transfers and transfers to and from the show each day.
