V1. Sample Incentive Programme – Malta (4 Days / 3 Nights)

Day 1 – Arrival, Sunset Harbour Cruise & Welcome Dinner

Arrival in Malta and transfer to hotel (transfer times from the airport are generally not more than 30 minutes to most hotels)

In the early evening, guests will enjoy a pre-dinner sunset harbour cruise aboard a beautiful wooden gullet, taking in Malta’s stunning natural harbour and iconic views as the sun sets over the Mediterranean.

The evening continues with a dinner at a stylish steakhouse overlooking the stunning Marsamxett Harbour and Valletta skyline.

Day 2 – Gozo Discovery & Evening in Medieval Mdina

The day will begin with an adrenaline filled speedboat transfer to Malta’s sister island, Gozo.

Guests will explore the island using alternative transfers such as tuk-tuks or buggies, where they will discover Gozo’s charming villages, countryside, and historic highlights. They will also experience wine-tasting at a local winery.

A leisurely lunch will be served at a traditional countryside venue and return to Malta.

In the evening, guests will be transferred to the Medieval City of Mdina for a short walking tour through its narrow streets. Drinks will be served on the bastions, offering panoramic views of the island, followed by dinner in a historic Mdina restaurant, set within the city’s ancient walls for a truly memorable experience.

Day 3 – Valletta, Three Cities & Elegant Farewell Dinner

Guests will transfer to Malta’s capital city, Valletta, travelling in charming vintage buses for a unique and authentic touch.

On arrival, they will experience a guided food tour through the city, exploring its historic streets on foot while sampling a selection of local Maltese delicacies.

This is followed by a scenic harbour crossing with a traditional water taxi to Birgu, offering a different perspective of the island’s impressive fortifications.

Lunch will be served waterfront in one of Malta’s oldest cities, overlooking the picturesque marina.

In the afternoon, guests will enjoy a self-drive electric buggy tour through the Three Cities, discovering hidden streets and historical landmarks in a fun and interactive way.

Return transfer to the hotel.

To conclude the programme, guests will be transferred to their farewell dinner in vintage cars. The dinner will take place at an elegant 18th-century palazzo in the heart of a traditional Maltese village. Guests will dine in the palazzo’s magnificent landscaped gardens, surrounded by baroque architecture, ambient lighting, and live music, creating a truly exclusive and unforgettable atmosphere.
